Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

In order to ensure the safety of Onehope Refuge, its occupants, staff, and volunteers, and to comply with our general liability insurance regulations, it is absolutely essential that the physical location of the safehouse remains confidential. Additionally, due to the sensitive nature of our work, confidentiality regarding the families who live here is of the utmost importance. Consequently, each individual is mandated to execute this confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement, affirming their commitment not to disclose sensitive information. 

Information that must remain confidential includes: 

  • The location of the safehouse. 
  • Any identifying information regarding the women and children who live here. 
  • Any personal information about any of the women and children, including their stories.

This agreement to confidentiality also includes a commitment to refrain from taking photographs, video, or audio recording on Onehope Refuge's campus.

Photo Release

I hereby grant permission to Onehope Refuge, its employees, and volunteers (hereinafter, “Onehope Refuge”), to photograph my image, likeness, or depiction. I hereby grant permission to Onehope Refuge to edit or crop such photographs, and I waive any right to inspect the final photographs. I hereby consent to and permit photographs of me to be used by Onehope Refuge for educational and marketing purposes only, and in any medium, including print and electronic. I waive any claim for compensation of any kind for Onehope Refuge’s use or publication of photographs of me. I fully and forever discharge and release Onehope Refuge from any claim for damages of any kind arising out of the use or publication of photographs of me, and I agree not to initiate legal proceedings against Onehope Refuge for such use.  

Please note that photo release consent is optional and you will not be disqualified from volunteering should you decline to consent to the photo release.
